My line is English, pronounced like a bow and arrow, and usually protestant (original families were Methodist/Episcopal.) Alexander is from Middletown CT, my line came through Otsego County, NY, to Trumbull County OH. I'm related to Rob Bowe and closer to Elizabeth Bowe (eabowe I think) who have posted on this site. There are a few clues to narrow down the odds of your being one of this line. The Irish ones tend to be Catholic, so usually are not related to me.
