Hi All, I am seeking any information on Ella E. Bowden. She was born between 1862 and 1868 in New Jersey. She later moved to the Eastern Shore of Virginia (Chincoteague). She married a John Buscey and had a son George (born 1878). John died and she married a William E. Melvin in 1880. Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I am really at a brick wall.
