Dear Friends, Finally, I have found some ancestors of my elusive John H. BOTTUM who changed his name to BOTUME in Boston in 1846. He married Sophia HOUGH in Unadilla, NY. Daniel BOTTUM/BOTTAM b.Woodstock,Windham,CT d. 1831 Lister, CT + Elizabeth HYDE b. 12 June 1766 Norwich,New London, CT I have more information on Elizabeth HYDE, I do not know who Daniel's parents, siblings were. It is my fervent hope that someone will now recognize this family since I have found out that they were originally from Connecticut. Thanks so much for any help.
