This time they are using Your surname to imply that a Bottom or Bottoms book is being published. It will tell about ships lists and imply that it has thousands of names of ancestors. It will also have a disclaimer about probably not being Kin to you and such. The common thread is that the mail is from BATH, Ohio. This group has been ordered to cease and desist from this practice but apparently they have found some sort of loophole. I will try and find the FTC order and publish it later or perhaps post it on my website and send you a link. Just be careful about you genealogical correspondence offers.
