Do you have any information on her children. Rev. Thomas Smith was a pastor in a church in Cocke Co., TN for over forty years - and even preached a surmon on his 100th birthday. I had her children listed as: John, James, Mary, Lyddia, Thomas B., Sarah and Thomas L. (Thomas L. Smith appears as a "child" on the 1850 Cocke Co., TN census in the household of Thomas and Mary Smith - it seems unlikely though, that they had two sons with the same name of Thomas, doesn't it?) I can definately trace my ancestry to Thomas L. Smith - but still am unsure if his parents were actually Mary Bottoms and Rev. Thomas Smith. Thanks much for your help! Julie Walters
