S.C. They could also possibly be from Jackson Co. N.C or Rabun Co. GA. William Charlie or vice-versa is my husband's paternal grandfather. He died about the time my husband's father was born. My father-in-law was then raised by his maternal grandmother largely loosing touch with his father's people. We do know that his father had brothers named Noah and Frank.
