Wilson County, Tennessee Deed Book T Page 367 M. A. Key Deed to R. J. Hill I Martin A. Key have this day bargained and sold and hereby transfer and convey to R J Hill and his heirs forever for the consideration of four hundred and eighty dollars to me paid all my rights titles interest in and to a certain parcel of land in the state of Tennessee Wilson County District No. 1. Containing by estimation forty five acres more or less bounded as follows. Beginning at a stake in John N. Clayton East boundary line 76 o east to stake in the lane forty one poles thence south 7 o West nineteen poles to the center of the spring thence west from the spring eight poles thence south 13 1/2 West twenty one poles to a stake thence east to 33 poles to Harrisons West boundary line thence south 107 poles to a dogwood elm & hickory trees in George Williamsons west boundary thence west 66 poles to an elm tree thence North 153 poles with Edw. W Lloyds east boundary line to the beginning. To have and hold the same to the said R J Hill his heirs and assigns forever. I do covenant with the said Hill that I am lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convey it and that the same is unencumbered, I do further covenant and bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant and defend the title to the said land to the same R J Hill his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whatever this the 26th of January 1841.
