Vs. 1/2 Van Zandt S8 1/2 Henderson S8 GO1 IN THE NAME OF THE STATE OF TEXAS To all to whom these presents shall come, Know ye, I J Pickney Henderson, Governor of the State of Texas aforesaid by virtue of the power vested in me by laws and in accordance with the laws of said state in such case made and provided do by these presents Grant to Zachuriah Bottoms his heirs or assigns forever: Two 914.144/1000000 Labors of Land situated and described as follows in Nacogdoches District on the north fork of Kickapoo Creek a branch of the Neches River: Beginning at a stake the South wet corner of Aldridge G Seviers Survey from which a white Oak 3 feet in diameter bears South 30 deg.
