    3. Jenna: My great-great grandfather was William Fletcher Bottoms. He was married in Illinois to Latha Jane Boyd, fought in the Civil War for the North, and moved with his family to Texas, northwest of Ft. Worth. He was a farmer, postmaster of Bryson, Texas, and later a merchant. His daughter Rebecca married John Morrow and moved to the Ada, Oklahoma area. They were my great-grandparents. Several of Rebecca and John's children moved to Pauls Valley and Paoli in Garvin County, Oklahoma. If you can trace your family to either Newton Wesley or William Fletcher Bottoms, I can help you with the rest of the kin. The Indian relationship is another story altogether. Jim Lantrip is a great source and has been responsible for establishing the Bottoms webpage. Let me hear from you regarding the six generations of Bottoms in your mother's house. Also, what's with the fourhcouncil.edu? (My mother Vera Hatcher was the Garvin County, OK representative the 4H national convention held in St. Louis in the early 1930's.)
