3. Great Job: Bill I checked it out again this morning and Looks great. I have Some data to send in several Categories. In my Family Origins program I have the option of creating reports and Family Group sheets Books etc and saving them to Disk. I further have the option of Loading them into my Word processor and then saving as Text. Of course it does not look as good as The original but it sure uses a lot less disk space. I also found a tip about columns etc. If you have a text document that contains columns and you display the doc on the web the columns don't line up. Here is the solution. Include the document in
Document
and the column will line up. What this does is keep the multi spaces instead of closing them up. I am thinking of making a list of Tips and instructions on how to use your Genealogical Program to produce and submit information to others. I have been helping Debbie some in this and I find a lot of problems with FTM 3.0 I hope the later version is better. Also If you would include the Following: To join the BOTTOM-L mailing list send Email to BOTTOM-L-REQUEST@rootsweb.com and place only the word subscribe in the body of the Email. There was a delay of a few days because the computer did not like the parentheses around the (s) in Bottoms. URL: http://www.bottoms.org Will refer to the site as BGA or "the archives" Thanks to all for their support. Best Regards Bill Bottoms bbottoms@shore.intercom.net
