    3. This is 1818. The first deed for old John that I have is about 1829. The page is missing in Rutherford County records so I think that this info is the same land that he sold in 1839. He owned about 150 acres. His neighbors were to the best of my knowledge, Erasmus Keys, widow Jordan (John R. married a Jordan)(David Jordan witnessed this sale), Benjamin Morgan , Smith Wilson and someone with last name of Robbs.
