    3. Listmembers: I am most certain that almost all of you have been on our list for quite sometime. I have tried recently to go through our list archives and also our list "rules". I have attempted to make them a little more lax in some areas and also more clear on others. Most of us know all the basics, however there are new subscribers at the rate of about 10 per week. Aside from what alot of persons think, I am not a meany. I am attempting to create a list that we can all gain alot of info and data from. I love to chat as well if not more then the next person, however, I do it off the list. Reasoning for this is that any mail going to the list is in our archives. Many personal, chatty items don't need to be there. I am going to start incorporating some basic and helpful guidelines in the taglines that are attached to every email sent to the list. Please use these, as they will assist you in accessing the archives and give instructions in other areas. My pet peeve as everyone knows is the usage of the subject line. This is most important..not only for your own benefit but for the purpose of archiving. If you wish to find something you posted last year, you would need to enter a word from either the subject line or the message text. If the subject line is irrelevant, then you would never find the item. So it really helps everyone. I am sending out the next post with the new and improved guidelines for the list, this is mainly to be able to get this into the archives so that new subbers can access it as needed. It is a great list when we all post for the best results for everyone. So the next posting entitled Rules will pertain to that.
