I have a photograph taken in 1911 of an Arthur L BEST. It was taken by Oppenheim photographers in Boston, Mass. It is possible that his family emigrated to the USA from March, Cambridgeshire, England at the end of the 1900s. If anyone has any information, I would be very grateful. Joy Cropper, England.
