Dear Listers, I am looking for any information on the above gentleman, who was apparently a fourth cousin four times removed of my wife. He was the son of David ANDREWS and Betsey SARGENT, the latter having been the daughter of John SARGENT (1759 - 1829) and Sally GATES ( - 1817) and the grand-daughter of Nathan SARGENT (1718 - 1799) and Mary DENNY (1727 - 1782). (This information appears in Emory WASHBURN's History of Leicester, Massachusetts). The DENNY family of Leicester, Massachusetts, and Suffolk, England are my wife's crowd. I am transcribing a diary kept by Joseph Addison DENNY, and on March 3rd 1858, he writes: 'In the evening went out (from Boston) to Roxbury to attend a small party at the house of Genl.
