Am looking for information and reminisces about growing up in Charlestown. Mymother grew up there and I am begging to trace her roots. She is Mary Cooney b 1912, siblings AnnCooney born 1902, James Cooney born 1914. She went to Charlestown high and was active in sports. Would like to contact any friends or anyone that knew the family..perhaps some childhood photos. I know she use to do summer vacations with Mary Crowley and I think they went to Maine or NH. James Cooney her brother was a police detective in Boston. Her sister Ann lived in Winthrop. If anyone has photos or memorabilia or stories about Charlestown --would appreciate that too. Ann
