Jim I checked the archives, you are doing a great service looking up thing in the archives for others all the time. That is much better than just trying to get information as so many others do. When I don't have access to then I go by what I get in books and add to the web, we each do things diferantly, but as long as people realize that I can be no more accurate than the books both ways are good. I try and keep things as they were, but some records will not be found as back them even a lot of City and Town clerks did not spell good, and some like me still can't. From the origional clerks spelling you can see how some names now have so many diferant spellings to them. It would be good if the clerks back them could spell like the ones now, but a good education was only for the rich and they did not take those jobs, but they were beter than the average person then. A long time ago I saw a book listing all the early minosters in Boston, but have not seen it in a long time. Do you know that name of it or where it can be found? That would be a good help in letting people know which church a marrage probably occured in from the nimisters name. Of course they would have to realize that ministers sometimes went to other towns for people that they know. It would be a lot easier if the location was required in all records since the settleing of the country.
