Dear Listers, Wanted to let those who sent me information on getting my grandmother's will were right on the mark. I was able to look up her name in the index books right on the counter. After I got the docket number I filled out a request card and received the docket in minutes. You need an ID to get the docket. I was also able to make copies at 25cents a page of the complete docket. Bring dollars or quarters for the machine. Thanks marianne
