Is there anyone who might be available to lookup a birth certificate for two Ehman(n)'s who are reported to have been born in MA (possibly Boston, Suffolk county)? Bertha Ehman(n), b. abt. 1869-71, and George Ehman(n), b. abt 1874-1876. By 1880, they are in Independence, Washington county, Texas. Father shown on the census is Benedik (Benedikt, Benedict) Ehman(n) and his wife is Eliza. I'm pretty sure Eliza is not Bertha's mother because she would have been too young, but she may have been George's mother. This side of the family has been my brick wall and I'm hoping to find more info on these records. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Kathy Bryant Oklahoma
