About closing the records, I can see the idea but where is the logic. People here have stolen ID's but off gravestones, so are we now to bury without markers etc, then do we put no weddings, deaths etc in the newspapers, or perhaps better still write everything in the newspapers without any names showing, now after this perhaps we better go around and destroy anything that has a name even mentioned. If somebody wants to steal an ID they will do it "ANY WAY" so to my mind it comes back to personal ID at all times such as fingerprints etc. Toni.
