Hi! I have a question that I hope someone can help me on. The Question is this: If a person who in 1906 became a US citizen under one name aka FRANCY. Then married a person under his original name of FRANZOSA say 5 years later. Would he still be able to be a US citizen? After he became US Citizen he used the name FRANZOSA not Francy. For Legal purpose would he still have to put Francy on the papers? or could he go by Franzosa? Still be legal? Thank you
