Hi there Eileen I have looked again at the 1901 census for Inishmore and the family at No.21 in Onaght. The only problem is, although they are all close to the ages and appear to be the family I am looking for, I have still to be convinced this is the correct family. My grandmother Anne Mullin is not listed with them. She was born in 1882 and would have been around 19 at the time of the census. I cannot see her listed anywhere else (e.g. visiting others). It is said she returned from the USA to get married to John Flaherty (marriage took place in September 1909). Her sister Margaret Mullin sailed to Boston on the SS Numidian and applied for entry in June 1908. I am certain this is the correct Margaret. Problem is, I don't know the exact date of the ship's arrival, and this would determine which film I ordered. If the whole family went to the US together it might assist my search. I have e-mailed Salt Lake and also Nara to try and narrow down my search for a passenger list film order number/information but so far I have not received a reply from the first, and no direct answer to my specific question from Nara, just a lot of forms for one thing and another. Does anyone out there know anything about the arrival date of the SS Numidian in 1908? Seem to have hit a wall again, as you do!! Regards Anne in Yorkshire
