My GGGparents were William B Seitz,and Eleanor Choat/Chote, GGparents were Silas Lankford brn abt 1812 TN, and Mary Seitz brn abt 1824 TN? daughter of William, and Eleanor. Gparents were Levi Lankford brn abt 1859 TN, and Caroline Vaughn. Levi was the son of Silas, and Mary,and Silas was the brother of Vachel Lankford, and would anyone know who was the parents of Vachel,and Silas?. I have heard that it was a Thomas Lankford brn abt 1778 NC, but my uncle Dave Lankford (now passed) said that it was a John Lankford brn NC who was Vachel. and Silas's father, with a possible brother Thomas?.Also I have the death cert for Levi,and it states parents brn NC?.
