This is the notes I have on Jerig Bost (Georg) Mary Russell Jerig is George. listed with Anna Marie and Johannes on the "Pink Plaisance" that arrived 21 Sept 1732 into PA. Georg listed as age 46 and Anna Marie as 44 no age given for Johannes. Copies of the ship's list and the list of those who took the Oath of Allegience and facsimilies of Georg Bast's signature are available in book " PA. German Pioneers" byStrassburg & Henke.------------- --------------------- George rumored to be son of Nicholas or Nicolai, but no source. Boehm reported that in the name of the congregation they had promised to pay L5 toward the salary of a minister as soon as a regular one should be sent to them.
