    3. Hello Payne, No. I'm the Admin for about 3 dozen Mailing Lists and have seen any indication that there was any censoring going on. That is, beyond that which is understandable, e.g., posting commercial information, starting "flame wars", off-topic postings, etc., and that is only after the fact. Do you have any specific clues that this might be happening?
