John Massung married Mary Zewe, daughter of Barbara Bost. The Bost Family had 10 children and came to America on the Ship The Admiral. They emigrated with the Matthias Massung family. Mrs. Bost was a cousin of Margarethe Kraus Massung, Matthias Massungs wife. They were in the steerage of the vessel for 33 days, togethr with 400 other people. They arrived in New York on December 2nd, 1852. One of the Bost Family children, their daughter Mary Fecht, was pregant and had a baby on the ship. I was given this information by a lady from Germany who is related to the Massung Family.
