I've been searching for similar branches of the family tree, because Christian Bossert (b. Pforzheim) was the father of my mother's father. My mother had told me stories about visiting her grandfather's butcher shop in the late 1920s and early 1930s and playing in the sawdust on the floor. I am still in contact with a few Bossert second cousins, first cousins to my mom.
