CONTINUATION OF PREVIOUS POST I think you can learn from seeing who interacted with an Estate sale or in witnessing of a Deed or Will since in most cases they are direct relations or married into the family in some way. Some are neighbors. Here is a List of the people who showed up and bought the goods and chattel on 5 December 1837 of William Bushong, deceased. The total sale proceeds were $673.60 1/4 and the List was 14 pages long. BUYERS Michael Lively Jacob Anglemeyer Peter Firestone Joseph Hisey (Smith) Jacob Unger Joseph J. This amount does not include the property yet to be sold. ----------------- Then this is what I found concerning the Guardianship of Myers children which proves that this is the William Bushong who was Guardian. It must have been a nightmare for the Executors to juggle not only the large estate of William Bushong but that of the portion of Jacob Myers children's Estate. Lots of bookwork! After the death of William Bushong, G. F. Adams was appointed Guardian to the Myers children. Joseph E.
