Boschong Subscribers, It was pointed out to me that I had not included A. B. Mitchell in the List of Children of this couple at the end of the last post. Thanks for pointing out my incomplete research as I appreciate being able to share the rest. I just wasn't sure anyone was interested. When researching John Mitchell who married Sarah "Sally" Bushong I came across a family tree for the other John Mitchell that had been done by William Lloyd Mitchell of Enterprise, Alabama. From that site, here is his list of the children of the other John Mitchell who married Rosannah Beard along with a little of my own research to verify his material. There may be babies not yet accounted for that died as infants.If you google John Mitchell married Rosanna Beard the tree should come up for viewing. Please Make a note that I believe that this Mitchell family is part of the family of John Mitchell and Sarah "Sally" Bushong. These two John's might have been cousins. B. Mitchell Died 20 February 1861 Aged 33 years According to the account of William L. Mitchell, Alexander and his brother John went to Covington, Kentucky in 1850 and worked on a newspaper. Then by 1855 Alexander left Kentucky and his brother and went first to Missouri and then to Fort Adams, Mississippi. This may be where he died. -------------------------- 5.
