SIR: PLEASE TO TAKE NOTICE That I shall attend at the house of Samuel Mears, in the county of Barren, state of Kentucky, on the 31st day of August 1812, to take the depositions of HENRY BUSHONG and others; And on the 8th day of September, in the state of Tennessee, at the house of Henry Tuder; and continue from day to day, (if necessary) to take the depositions of Elizabeth Tuder and others, to be read as evidence in a suit in chancery, now depending in the Barren Circuit Court - in which I am complainant and you are defendant; at which time and place, you may attend to cross-examine if you please.
