    3. I posted the entire Deed of Trust so check the BOSCHONG Archives for December 2004 and September 2009 for just a few of the many posts about this family unit. This is the time frame that Isaac A. Bushong moved out of Augusta County and over to Culpeper County, Virginia. ------------------ The Staunton Spectator and General Advertiser Staunton, Virginia Tuesday, 4 September 1860 Page 3, Column 3 TRUSTEE'S SALE OF VALUABLE MILL PROPERTY --- On Friday, the 21st of September 1860, I shall offer for sale, on the premises, that valuable MILL PROPERTY, now in the possession of Isaac A. Bushong, and which he conveyed to me by trust deed, dated the 16th day of September, 1858, for the benefit of certain of his creditors. This property consists of about 67 Acres of land, upon which there is a first rate Merchant Mill. it is situated on Middle River, near Spring Hill, in one of the best neighborhoods in the County of Augusta. Also one Sorrel Horse, and all the Household and Kitchen Furniture owned, and in the possession of the said Bushong, at the time of the execution of said trust. The title I believe to be unquestionable, but as trustee, I will only convey with special warranty. TERMS: One third of the purchase money in hand - the residue in one and two years, secured by bond with personal security, and the title retained as ultimate security. Sale to commence at 11 o'clock.
