The Library of Congress has a newly available newspaper website call Chronicling America. http://chroniclingamerica.loc.gov/ It has fully indexed and searchable images of newspaper pages from all states in the range of 1836 to 1922 I did a BUSHONG search with the following results All states 3,000 pages Virginia 750 pages Ohio 100+ pages Penn 250 pages (Sorry I multiplied by 20 incorrectly) The full page of the newspaper is viewable and can be downloaded as a PDF I'm looking for Shenandoah co and found many small articles.
