Part 3 of 3 ------------- Continuation Virginia Court of Appeals at Lewisburg 22 July 1842 Appellants VS Appellees Virginia: At a Court of Appeal held at Lewisburg on Friday the twenty second day of July 1842. APPELLANTS: Philip, George W., John, Catherine, Sally, Elizabeth, Mary Ann and Daniel Bushong, Infant children and Heirs at large of Philip Bushong deceased, by Elizabeth Bushong their Mother and next friend. APPELLEES: Samuel Gibbons, Administrator of Isaac Sellers and Margaret Jane Sellers and Mary Sellers Upon an appeal from a decree pronounced by the Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery for the county of Augusta on the 5th day of June 1840 in a cause which the Appellants were Plaintiffs and the Appellees were the Defendants. This day come again the parties by the counsel and the Court having maturely considered the transcript of the record of the said decree and the arguments of the Counsel. Is of opinion that there is no error in the said decree. THEREFORE it is adjudged, ordered and decreed that this same be affixed and that the Appellants do pay unto the Appellees their costs by them about their expenses in the behalf expended. Which is ordered to be certified to the said Circuit Superior Court of Law and Chancery. A Copy Teste: JOHN A.
