Moore KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That we Elias Bushong and Mary Jane Bushong wife of the said Elias Bushong of the County of Hardin {State} of Ohio in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty seven Dollars in hand paid by William H. Moore of the County of Hancock State of Ohio have bargained and sold and do hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said William H. Moore his heirs and assigns forever the following premises Situate in the County of Wyandot in the State of Ohio and in the North half of the North West quarter of Section No. Twenty nine (29) and in Township two South of Range Twelve and in the South East corner of said tract of of land commencing at the South East Corner of said lot of Land and running west eighty rods thence north forty rods thence East eighty rods thence South forty rods to the place of Beginning TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises with the appurtenances unto the said William H. Moore his heirs and assigns forever and the said Elias Bushong for himself and heirs doth hereby Covenant with said William H. Moore his heirs and assigns that he is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid that the premises are free and clear from all encumbrances whatsoever AND that he will forever warrant and defend the same with the appurtenances unto the said William H. Moore his heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. IN TESTIMONY Whereof the said Elias Bushong and Mary Jane his wife have hereunto set their hands and seals this 24th of April in the year of Our Lord One thousand and Eight hundred and fifty four. Personally appeared the above named Elias Bushong and Mary Jane his wife and acknowledged the signing and sealing of the above conveyance to be their voluntary act and deed and the said Mary Jane {Bushong} being at the same time Examined by me Separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said instrument made known to her by me, She then declared that she did voluntarily Sign Seal and acknowledge the same and that She is still satisfied therewith this 24th day of April A.
