PART 3 OF 3 ----------------------- THE STATE OF OHIO ROSS COUNTY ss Personally came before me the Subscriber, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County, the within named Duncan McArthur and Nancy his wife and each acknowledged the within Signing and Sealing to be their act and deed for the purpose therein expressed. The said Nancy {McArthur} being first Examined Separate and apart from her said husband did declare that the same was done of her own free will without the force or persuasion of her said husband hereby relinquishing her Right of Dower to the within described premises.
