PART 2 OF 3 - Continuation of previous post ----------------- And it is further ordered that a writ of partition issue to the Sheriff of Hancock County commanding him to cause said Dower to be assigned and said partition to be made accordingly and this cause is continued and afterwards to wit: On the 22nd day of December and year last aforesaid, the following writ of partition was issued out of the Clerk's office aforesaid to wit: THE STATE OF OHIO, HANCOCK COUNTY SS To the Sheriff of said County GREETINGS: We command you without delay by the oaths of Andrew Rickets, John F. Perkey, and John Rose, You cause Eve Tentsman, widow of Abraham Myers, late of Hancock County deceased by endowed of one full thirds part of the following real estate situate in said County of Hancock and state of Ohio to wit: The south west quarter of section number thirty in township numbered two south of Range number eleven and the East half of the south East quarter of Section number thirty six in township number two south of Range number ten and inlot number one in the Town of Williamtown and also in like manner and by the like oaths of the same Andrew Rickets, John F. Perkey and John Rose, You cause partition to be made of the same lands subject to the said Dower estate amount the following persons and in the following proportions to wit: To Moses Myers one equal 21st part, To John Musser one equal 21st part, To Lydia Musser one equal 21st part, To Jacob Ludy one equal 21st part, To Barbary Ludy one equal 21st part, To Jacob Shively one equal 21st part, To Ann Shively one equal 21st part, To John Stover one equal 21st part, to Anne Stover one equal 21st part, To Barbary Shively one equal 21st part, To Isaac Shively one equal part, To John Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Abraham Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Simon Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Mahlon Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Richard Sims one equal 21st part, To Susanna Sims one equal 21st part, To Lydia Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Jonas Rodabaugh one equal 21st part, To Simon Bushong one equal 21st part, To Catharine Bushong one equal 21st part. And that your proceedings in the premises, you distinctly Certify under your hands to our Court of Common Pleas within and for said County of Hancock together with this writ. WITNESS, William L.
