    3. PART 3 OF 3 - Continuation of previous posts --------------------- And Afterwards to wit: On the eighteenth day of October A. D. 1843 on Motion to the Court by John Morrison, Counsel for the petitioners, and upon producing the proceedings of the Sheriff and the reports and proceedings of the Commissioners herein before appointed and the same being examined and it appearing from said report that the premises described in the petition of the said Isaac Tentsman and Eve Tentsman cannot be divided without great injury to the same, it is Ordered that said proceedings and reports be and the same are hereby approved and confirmed and thereupon neither of the parties electing to take said Estate at the valuation thereof, as returned by said Commissioners, on Motion of the petitioners it is ordered that said Estate be sold at public auction by the Sheriff of said County of Hancock according to the statute in such case made and provided. And Afterwards to wit: On the twenty seventh day of November A. D. 1843, the foregoing Order was copied sealed and certified and issued to the Sheriff of Hancock County. And Afterwards to wit: On the 27th day of May and year last aforesaid, the said Order was returned to the Court aforesaid by said Sheriff endorsed as follows to wit: After going more than thirty days notices previous to the day of sale of the time and place of sale by a notice published in the HANCOCK FARMER, a newspaper published in Findlay, and in general circulation throughout the County of Hancock, I offered the within described lands and tenaments for sale on the first day of January A. D. 1844; Then Ronald Reese became the purchaser of the within described tracts of land as follows to wit: The east half of the south east quarter of section numbered thirty six, township two south, range ten east for the sum of one hundred and sixty dollars that being the two thirds of the appraised value. The said Roland Reese being the highest and best bidder. Also on the same day Roland {Reese} became the purchaser of Inlot number one in Williamstown, Hancock County, Ohio for the sum of Ten dollars that being the two thirds of the appraised value and said Roland Reese being the highest and best bidder. On the thirteenth day of February 1844, Jacob Shively became the purchaser of the south west quarter of number thirty in township number two south Range number eleven (subject to the Dower estate of widow) for the sum of four hundred and sixty six dollars and sixty seven cents that being two thirds of the appraised value and Jacob Shively being the highest and best bidder. E. Brown, Sheriff 27th May 1844. And Afterwards to wit: On the day and year first aforesaid to wit: On the 28th day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty four. The Court this day having examined the proceedings of the Sheriff and the sale by him made, upon the Decretal Order issued in this cause and being satisfied that the sale has in all respects been in conformity to the Statute in such case made and provided, Do Order the Clerk to make entry on the Journal that the Court are satisfied of the legality of the sale and that he also executed an Order on the Sheriff to make the purchasers a Deed for the lands and tenaments so sold, all of which is entered accordingly.
