The Lancaster Journal Friday, 2 February 1821 Page 3 PUBLIC SALE Will be sold by public vendue, on the premises, On Monday the 19th day of February next, 62 ACRES OF LAND In Leacock township, Lancaster county with a house and Barn thereon erected adjoining lands of Emanuel Swope, Samuel Heller, David Heller and JACOB BUSHONG. There are about ten or twelve acres of good woodland. The barn is good and built of stone and the house of logs, two stories high. There is a good well of water with a pump in it, and a young orchard on the premises. Persons desirous of purchasing the above property, will please view the same. Vendue to begin at one o'clock in the afternoon when due attendance will be given and the conditions of sale made known by the subscribers, administrators of George Swope, deceased.
