The Lancaster Journal Friday, 4 March 1836 Page 4 NOTICE TO CREDITORS Whereas, in pursuance of an Act of General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, an attachment hath been granted by the subscriber, one of the Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Lancaster, against a certain Benjamin Eavenson, of Bart Township, Lancaster County, Cabinet Maker, whereon certain goods, chattels and effects of the said Benjamin Eavenson have been attached and are now in the custody of Joshua Gilbert and Henry Bushong, of the township of Bart aforesaid, until they shall be disposed of according to law. This is therefore to give notice to the creditors of the said Benjamin Eavenson, to appear on Saturday, the 5th day of March next, at the house of Joshua Gilbert, in said township, then and there to discover and make proof of their demands, agreeably to the directions of the said Act.
