    2. Hancock County Ohio Deed Book 2 Page 152 23 May 1836 To all persons to whom these presents shall come, GREETINGS. KNOW YE that Lorenzo Warner and Charity his wife for the consideration of three hundred and fifty dollars paid by Jacob Bushong and received to the full satisfaction of Lorenzo Warner and Charity his wife receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge do give grant bargain sell and confirm unto the said Jacob Bushong and to his heirs and assigns forever the following described tract or lot of land to wit: The East half of the North west quarter and also the North half of the west half of the North East quarter section No. twenty two in township No. two North Range No. Ten CONTAINING one hundred and twenty acres of Land more or less TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted and bargained premises with the appurtenances thereof unto him the said Jacob Bushong and unto his heirs and assigns forever to him and his own proper use and behoof AND also Lorenzo Warner and Charity his wife do for themselves and for their heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant with the said Jacob Bushong his heirs and assigns that at and until the ensealing of these presents they were well seized of the premises as a good indefeasible estate in fee simple and have good right to bargain and sell the same in manner and form as is above written and that the same is free of all incumbrances whatever AND furthermore that the said Lorenzo Warner and Charity his wife do by these presents bind themselves, their heirs forever to WARRANT and defend the same granted and bargained premises to the said Jacob Bushong and to his heirs and assigns all my right and title of Dower in and to the above described premises. IN WITNESS WHEREOF they have hereunto set their hand and seal the 23rd day of May Anno Domini One thousand Eight hundred and Thirty six. Lorenzo Warner Charity Warner Signed seal and acknowledged and delivered in presence of: Peter Heller, Seal Martha Keller, Seal The State of Ohio Hancock County SS Personally appeared Lorenzo Warner signer and sealer of the foregoing instrument and knowledged the same to be his free act and deed. Also personally appeared Charity Warner wife of the said Lorenzo Warner and having been examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of the foregoing deed having been to her fully explained and made known, did declare that she voluntarily did sign and as her act and deed she did acknowledge and deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion from her said husband and that she is still satisfied therewith.
