When we recently found the marriage record for Julia Bushong who married Samuel VanVoris (VanVoorhis) I also discovered something else rather interesting. Samuel was the son of John Van Voorhis and Lea Monfort as in the surname Morfoot as in second wife of Andrew Bushon. Reportedly Julia Bushong was the daughter of John Bushong and Eleanor Rush.
