Thanks to Judy Stickley for her book which had Isaac Bushong's obit: 1903, Clearbrook BUSHONG, ISAAC, b 11-8-1820 (age 84y 4m 20d), d. 8-28-1903; first married 10-20-1842 Savilla Windle; 2nd marriage 12-18-1861 Sarah Mort; parents: Andrew & Elizabeth Bushong (Toms Brook); first marriage children, Calvin Bushong (Winchester), deceased children: George Bushong died in Civil War & Mary Bushong; 2nd marriage children, Thomas, Charles A. & William Bushong (PA), Sophia Clark & John H. Bushong (MD), Clinton (Clarence Oliver) & Bessie (Elizabeth) Bushong (home); buried Windle Cemetery. -------------- Herb, Bill and Boschong Subscribers, I need to make a correction as to the cemetery that I thought Isaac Bushong being buried in as Toms Brook Cemetery. It is not the case . I should have gone back and look at Isaac's obit as it clearly states that he is buried in the Windle Cemetery which was a small family cemetery near Mount Hope and Wheatfield in Shenandoah County, VA. But there is no tombstone for him or his first wife Sevilla Windle Bushong who is also buried in this cemetery. Gloria
