I seem to remember that he had been living with son Thomas Jackso Bushong in Millersville but either returned to VA shortly before his death or was transported there for burial. If I am not mistaken the documentation is a newspaper clipping of an obituary. By age 11 Cecilia was living with Branson Williams and is wife next door to Isaac Bushong and Sarah Ann Mort. cenario Number Two: While living in the household of Isaac and Cevilla ushong, Sarah Ann Mort became pregnant by Isaac Bushong thus her sister lizabeth V. Hockman stepped in a took Cecilia to raise her niece from babyhood thus her name adopted as Hockman.
