Boschong Subscribers, We found a newspaper article announcing the marriage of Lillian E. Minta Bushong, d/o of Joseph William Bushong and wife Letitia Benham to Isaac Conrad Peters, son of Martin L. Peters and Sarah Elizabeth Mills. When the newspaper article appeared in 1911, Joseph was on his third marriage so the Mrs. Bushong in the article would have been Lillian's step-mother Ada Eleanor Davenport as her biological mother S. Letitia (Benham) Bushong had died in 1888 when Lillian was just a baby. Check the BOSCHONG Archives for February 2005 for complete information on this family. --------------------------------- BEELER CEMETERY Sullivan County, Tennessee TOMBSTONE INSCRIPTION S.
