I think it is a good idea to note that this ship contained a large group of Palatinates. I descend also from Rudolph Holsinger, a passenger on this ship,who was definitely from a Germanic area of Europe. The Holsingers eventually married into Alexander Mack's descendants. Holsingers and Macks were prominent in the German Baptist Church (Dunkers), which is now known as the Church of the Brethren.
