Born in Lecanto on 2 November 1910, he moved to Merritt Island from Winter Haven four years ago. He was an equipment serviceman for American Can co. and a member of Plumosa Street Church of Christ in Merritt Island. He is survived by his daughters, Marion Green, Merritt Island, and Carole Atchison, Altamonte Springs; sister, Myrah Dutton, Belaire Bluff; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
