The Courier Findlay, Ohio Friday, 31 December 2010 Ronald Eugene Markins, 65, of Findlay died at 11:38 PM Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. He was born December 15, 1945 in Findlay to the late Orville Edward and Thelma Pearl (Honse) Markin. He married Sandra K. Bender on May 8, 1965 and she survives. He is also survived by a son, Dean A. (Roberta L.) Markins of Findlay; a daughter, Rhonda K. (DANIEL J.) BUSHONG of Carey; a sister, Diana Jean (Robert) Chiow of Findlay; and five grandchildren: Kyle (Elisha) Frias, Erica Frias, LEVI BUSHONG, Heather Markins and Brisyn Helms. He was preceded in death by two brothers. He graduated from Findlay High School in 1966. He retired from Whirlpool in 2001. He loved to golf and enjoyed his inground pool. Funeral services will be held Monday, January 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at COLDREN-CRATES FUNERAL HOME. Pastor Hugh McClintock will officiate, and burial will follow at Knollcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, January 2, 2011 from 1:00-5:00 PM at the funeral home.
