    1. [BOSCHONG] Ann Bushong married to Michael Rovenstine/Robenstine - Stark County, OH
    2. Boschong Subscribers, We believe that Ann Bushong who married Michael Rovenstine could be the daughter of John Bushong and Barbara Kreighbaum or their son Andrew Bushong. I have only found them so far in the census below so it is hard to tell which couple she belonged with. It's like they dropped off of the face of the earth. I did find Rovenstine/Robenstine name in Kosciusko County, but so far have not found this particular couple or their son Dallas. Maybe they all died after this census. Does anyone have any more information? ---------------------------- Stark County Ohio Marriages Ann Bushong married 12 April 1846 to Michael Rovenstine ------------------------- 1850 Federal Census: Ohio Lake Township, Stark County Enumerated 18 September 1850 Page 9B Lines 36-39, HH 144/144 Next door are John and Barbara and son John and Catherine Michael Robenstine 25/Male/Laborer/PA Annie Robenstine 22/Female/PA Dallas Robenstine 3mos/Male/OH Daniel Wort 21/Male/Fuller/OH --------------------- This is the first time I have found the term Fuller in the census. Here is what the occupation means. A Fuller is one who "fulls" cloth; the process of cleaning wool in preparation for spinning and weaving, using fuller's earth. Leah Bushong married Josiah Slaybaugh who was a weaver and his work is in the Shelby Museum in Shelby, Ohio. You can view it on-line. ----------------------- Researched and Submitted by Gloria Bushong
