Gloria, I am not sure what the fuss is about. In the Grandview Cemete;ry, there are tombstones for both Jacob and Samuel. Both are credited with Revolutionary War Service. So why can't we let them both Rest In Peace. I don't understand your reasoning in saying "Jacob is Samuel" There is also a tombstone for Eva Catherine Bossert, Wife of Jacob Bushong. I doubt that someone would "make up" tombstones !! This is my last comment on the issue.
