They had four children, two appear to have died quite young. One son Cyprian Edward, born 1879 S.A. died during WW1. He did not marry. William Neville Borton the only surviving offspring, born C 1883 Orange Free State , S.A also served in the Army and was buried 1940, Bedfordshire UK. It seems he married and may have had issue.
