There is a "Catalog of catholic immigrants from the British Isles before 1825" that lists people arriving from both Scotland, Ireland and England who are mentioned in catholic parish registers of Quebec. Since most ships arriving from Europe disembarqued in Quebec City or Montreal before going to Upper Canada, it may be of some help, if you are lucky... The book is written by Normand Robert and Michel Thibault (it is a french/english bilingual edition) and is available from de Societe de Genealogie Canadienne-francaise (French-canadian gen. society) in Montreal.
